Third Parties that Help Provide the Messaging Service: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We will not share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
Additional Disclosures: Affiliates: We will not disclose the Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opt in or out will be provided verbally from customers or by checking the box and providing the number preferred to receive such messaging. By verbally agreeing or by checking the box to receive text from JLC Air at “preferred number” customers will agree to receive text messages, at any time customers can Text STOP to Unsubscribe from these alerts. Customers may also Text HELP or call (661) 917-9711 to be contacted by our support team.
Support representatives/staff are available for customers if they would like to opt in for updates or opt out. The verbiage includes the following script. “Would you like to receive text messages concerning any updates to your scheduling and billing information from JLC AIR? Frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt-out or call the support line (661) 726-7009 for additional information. You can also find our privacy policy and terms of service on our website at “ jlcair@msn.com”.
